Live Chat lets you chat to an experienced member of our staff using your web browser. This means that you can get the advice or information you need immediately. To chat, simply click on the Let Me Help You icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.

 

A pop up window will then appear.

 

After a few moments one of our staff will introduce themselves. Type in your question and press the Submit button to begin your conversation. Unlike email, there are no delays in getting the help you need – you will receive an immediate answer. Occasionally there may be delays when we are very busy so please bear with us.

You can use this system to help you find information on our site or where to download factsheets. You can also ask questions we might not have thought of. Your questions and feedback help us to constantly improve the content and usability of our website.

If you should have any difficulty in using Live Chat, our advice is to ask a tame teenager to show you how to chat online. They are usually world experts at it!
